Now Psychological Services is a private clinic.

Fees are to be paid at the time of consultation. Some fees are rebate-able under Medicare. Major credit cards are accepted (Visa and MasterCard). Australian Psychological Society Recommended Fee apply.

Medicare and Private Health Fund Rebates

Substantial rebates from Medicare are available to you for clinical psychology services if you have GP referral with a Mental Health Care Plan. Private health fund rebates are also available.

Appointments

Appointments can be made by phoning the practice on
02 8001 6316 or emailing the practice.

Appointments are available on Mondays via Telehealth and on Wednesdays in person at the Pymble rooms until 6 PM.

Existing clients can now make a booking online.

New Clients

New clients will need to familiarise yourself with our policies. Once an appointment has been scheduled an email will be sent to you with a link to a new patient form for you to complete before the appointment.

Medicare Patients Please obtain a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP and a referral letter before making an appointment.

Victims Services Clients Please email your request detailing your full name, date of birth and Victims Services Reference number.

Workers Compensation Clients Please email your Workers Compensation Approval.

Cancellation Policy

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. If you cancel an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or you do not notify of your inability to attend a scheduled appointment you will be charged the regular appointment fee.

As a courtesy the practice sends a text SMS reminder 24 hours prior to the appointment. However, this is a courtesy and not a necessary for the cancellation policy to be enforced.
